The bidirectional latent lifting AGV is suitable for workshops with relatively fixed production processes. Its working mode is as follows: After receiving system instructions, the AGV automatically lurks at the bottom of the material cart, and docks with the material cart through the lifting platform to achieve end-to-end transfer. It can also be used to form a mobile production line with multiple AGVs to achieve flexible production in factories. Currently, it is most widely used in the PACK line application scenario of the new energy lithium battery industry.
Contact online serviceProduct advantages
a. Flexible operation
It features both 90-degree turning and 180-degree in-place rotating capabilities, making it suitable for use in confined spaces.
b. High positioning accuracy
The primary positioning accuracy is ±10mm, and the secondary positioning accuracy can reach ±5mm;
c. High operational efficiency
Adopting full servo drive, it can quickly increase speed (from 0 to 72m/s in just 3 seconds) and features a rapid rotation function (rotating in place in just 3 seconds);
d. Multi-unit linkage
It possesses the capability of synchronous linkage among multiple AGVs, making it suitable for various complex material handling scenarios;
e. Easy to use
Operate autonomously according to scheduling instructions, without requiring manual intervention during the production process;
f. Autonomous charging
When the battery is low, it can autonomously proceed to the charging station for automatic charging; no manual intervention is required, thus enabling 24-hour operation;
g. Multiple security protections
Equipped with laser obstacle detection sensors, mechanical anti-collision devices, and audible and visual voice warnings, ensuring safe operation.
