Navigation method: Utilizing laser SLAM, QR code, or visual recognition technology, combined with high-precision sensors (such as 3D LiDAR), achieves ±5mm level positioning accuracy, ensuring precise steering and docking within narrow passageways (such as 1.5-2 meters wide).
Dynamic compensation: For the elastic deformation of the gantry during stacking on high-level racks (such as those above 8.5 meters), the position of the forks is dynamically adjusted through real-time laser scanning and dimensional chain calculation to correct the deviation.
Customized hardware adapts to the environment
Low temperature tolerance design: Core components such as the fork arm and sensor are made of materials resistant to low temperatures of -30℃, and the battery is equipped with a thermal insulation and heating system to ensure continuous and stable operation in cold storage environments.
Structural optimization: The forward-moving body design shortens the turning radius, coupled with retractable forks, to accommodate operations in narrow passageways; the lifting height can be customized to over 8.5 meters to meet the needs of high-level racks.
