Forward-moving unmanned forklift AGV (also called forward-moving AGV forklift) is an intelligent industrial vehicle robot, which combines the high-lift stacking ability of traditional forward-moving forklift with the automatic navigation technology of AGV. It can automatically complete the handling, storage and stacking of pallet goods without manual driving, and is especially suitable for warehouses and production workshops with compact space and high efficiency requirements. This kind of equipment extends to the inside of the shelf through the fork to pick up and put the goods, and then retracts and moves to the target position, which greatly improves the operational flexibility and space utilization in narrow lanes.

High lifting and heavy load: usually the rated lifting weight is between 1-3 tons, and the maximum lifting height can reach more than 6 meters, which is suitable for high shelf operation.
A variety of navigation methods: support advanced technologies such as laser navigation, visual SLAM, 5G+ Beidou multi-mode fusion, etc., without laying magnetic strips or reflectors, the positioning accuracy reaches millimeter level.
Intelligent control system: integrate sensors, path planning algorithm and cluster scheduling system to realize dynamic obstacle avoidance, task priority management and remote monitoring.
Safety design: equipped with high speed limit, double electronically controlled stepless speed change, hydraulic power steering and multiple protection mechanisms (such as mechanical touch switch) to ensure safe operation.
