Customized research and development of polar coil loading and unloading platform and moving robot AMR, using the empty and full exchange of polar coil and drum on double-position platform; Achieve high-precision docking with the machine, with an accuracy of 1 mm; Innovative design of single cantilever AMR, to realize the cutting and feeding of the coil and the docking with the winder, to realize the automatic feeding and discharging of the polar coil, to use the high-temperature resistant and high-safety box storage robot to dock with the baking machine, and to realize the feeding and discharging docking of the Tray and the magazine; Using iWMS system to realize material storage management.

AMR is used instead of manual handling in the head enterprise of a lithium battery industry, such as production workshop, core making workshop and battery testing workshop. Since the first project was launched in 20 years, as of July 22, the user has accumulated more than 10 online projects, and invested more than 400 AMR in various categories, such as latent, transfer, fork and CTU.

A domestic power battery head enterprise has more than 10 pieces of production, core making and module PACK paragraphs, covering various types of AMR, such as latent, omni-directional heavy load, forward forklift and cantilever. By June of 22, the cumulative contract orders were about 400 sets, including about 250 sets of linear AMR orders in PACK section.
