A leading enterprise of small household appliances, whose products cover electric kettles, coffee machines and other electrical appliances, is one of the largest ODM/OBM manufacturers of small household appliances in the world. Faced with the challenges of rising raw materials and labor costs, the customer chose robots as its intelligent manufacturing partners, providing them with various AMR models such as latent lift trucks, latent forklifts, unmanned forklifts, CTU, etc. Combined with AMR system, it realized its intelligent storage and material and finished product distribution application with high storage capacity and high efficiency.

The project covers the logistics scene in the whole process from raw material receiving, quality inspection, warehousing, sorting, cross-floor production line distribution and finished product warehousing;
The total area of AMR operation area of Phase III project exceeds 20,000 square meters (the previous two projects occupy similar areas);
The warehouse management system WMS and dispatching system RCS are seamlessly connected with ERP, QMS, APS and SRM systems.
The RCS system is connected with the hoist system, which automatically realizes the interaction between the mobile robot and the hoist, and realizes the operation linkage of cross-floor transshipment.
Nearly 100 mobile robots of various types, such as latent lift trucks, latent forklifts, unmanned forklifts and CTU boxes, are used.
Project income
The assembly workshop has realized the automatic unmanned distribution from the raw material warehouse to the calling point of the drawing workshop, which greatly reduces the cost and improves the efficiency of the logistics link.
The stacking height of the narrow unmanned forklift truck is increased, with the narrowest right-angle stacking channel width of 2500mm, the maximum lifting height of 3m, and the storage capacity increased by 30%.
In the three-dimensional warehouse, the CTU box-to-man-car scheme is used to finely utilize the upper space and effectively increase the storage capacity.
Simplify business process, receive goods at 1F, and use AMR+ hoist to go upstairs to avoid time-consuming and labor-intensive elevator grabbing.
AMR system is introduced into the whole process, which reduces the dependence on labor, prevents stupidity and mistakes, and reduces the discrepancy between physical objects and accounts.
