Chongda Technology is a high-tech listed company specializing in the production of circuit boards. Chongda has eight high-tech intelligent circuit board manufacturing factories in Shenzhen, Jiangmen, Zhuhai, Dalian and Suzhou, and its products are used in electronic information fields such as mobile phones, computers, automobiles, communication equipment, servers and industrial control. Among them, Jiangmen, Dalian and Zhuhai bases have successively introduced robot intelligent warehousing and in-plant logistics solutions since 2020.

The project covers the whole process of cutting, inner layer, coating, exposure, etching, internal inspection, browning, pre-stacking, melting and pressing, cutting and grinding, drilling, copper deposition, plate electricity, electroplating, outer layer, solder resist, characters, forming, electrical measurement and quality inspection, and more than 60 mobile robots have been put into use. The RCS of the dispatching system controls and manages a variety of third-party equipment, including automatic doors, hoists, safety warning lights, retracting and retracting machines, etc., and interfaces with the MES system of Chongda, realizing a flexible and unmanned automatic logistics system for the whole plant.
